4 ways to flooring
sur4ces is a floor and wall covering distributor based in the New York and New Jersey metro area. Founded in 2018, sur4ces' goal is to establish a strong brand identity and spread brand awareness in the local Architecture & Design community. Along with promoting sur4ces as a direct resource for architects and interior designers, the company is also aiming to help their flooring manufacturers gain brand awareness.
Marketing Materials
As Marketing Coordinator, Katie designed various branded materials including business cards, product cards, letterheads, envelopes, and an 'About Us' according to the existing brand standards and style guide.



Social Media & Content Creation
In addition to print marketing materials, Katie created a variety of content for sur4ces' weekly social media posts. In the A&D community, professional interior shots are a popular and well-liked form of content, so Katie focused on curating photography and reinforcing product information through the caption copywriting.
To differentiate sur4ces from competitors, Katie also produced original content that reflected the brand's unique characteristics. Construction and flooring are traditionally male-dominated industries, but with sur4ces spearheaded by two women Sales Representatives, the company is breaking barriers and bringing fresh perspectives to the table. Katie aimed to reflect this energy through the brand presence and social media content, and she created visually appealing graphics and quirky videos featuring the Sales Representatives.
